Windows 7 Support

As a computer support specialist I would say that Windows 7 Upgrade has brought issues in volume, than others. “No sound issue” is one of those.

Probably it seems that next generation is getting crazy over entertainment. As people come who straight forward say that their YouTube or iTunes is not working.
Well, you can fix no sound issues easily without any help. Let’s try to make a way out of the issue from very beginning level:

Physical diagnostic is the first stage. Make sure all of the cables are plugged appropriately at right jacks, which might include speakers and headphones, HDMI cables, USB audio devices, and other audio devices.
Next, in the system tray click the “Volume” icon available in the right hand side and raise the volume bar at a comfortable level.

In case the above steps fail to resolve sound problems, then go ahead. However, if you got into the trouble after upgrading the Windows operating system, then it’s recommended to update the sound driver accordingly.
Windows Update feature can automatically download and install recommended updates and might help to fix your sound problems.

Open “Windows Update” by clicking the “Start” button. In the search box, type “Update”, and then, in the list of results, click “Windows Update.” In the left pane, click “Check for updates.” Look for updates for your sound card, select the check box for the driver that you want to install, and then click “OK”.
